Our human resource department then evaluates the applicant’s credentials, including academic certificates to ascertain authenticity. The next step in the recruitment involves the applicant taking a test to evaluate his or her grammar skills. The test requires the applicant to answer 30 questions and score at least 28 over 30. Grammar is a key component of academic writing and directly impact the quality of your paper. All our writers have pass the grammar tests.

The next phase in evaluation is administering a two-page essay to the applicant. The essay enables our recruiting team to analyze the writing competency by examining elements like sentence structure, paper format, citations, and paragraphing. This test is key in determining the quality we expect from the applicant before admitting him or her into our team of writers.

The third phase in involves training the writer by human resource department. We understand the value of quality work and all recruits have undergo training before they can handle your order. The training sharpens their skills on various aspects of academic writing like research, formatting a paper based on styles like APA, MLA, Chicago, Harvard etc. Our writers have to meet our internal quality standards before they can handle your paper.
